True lasting transformation of physical or mental health cannot happen overnight. Often, healing begins by reversing some form of metabolic syndrome. The body needs time to detox and shed pathogens, restore gut health, harmonize hormones and insulin levels, optimize liver and kidney function. Success can be achieved when these processes are conducted in a natural order to prevent the worsening of symptoms.
Although some of our diseases and symptoms are caused by genetic predispositions and/or pathogens, we can attribute much of our ailments to stress, trauma, and lifestyle. These habits and responses to stressors are formed during childhood and are deeply ingrained in who we are.
It takes an average of 66 days before a new behavior can become integrated into daily life. It can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days for a person to form a habit. True growth and healing takes time in order to be sustainable. Depending on the complexity of your illnesses, patients can feel an improvement in health within 3 months.
A strong and focused commitment to the program with a willingness to make the necessary changes can bring a noticeable improvement as soon as 2-4 weeks.

radiation, surgery, and kidney dialysisComplementing other types of medical and therapeutic treatments, Reiki can actually work to enhance their efficacy. Regular reiki treatments can improve your ability to respond to stress and serve as a form of preventive medicine.
Reiki treatments can last between 20-50 minutes. During a session while lying on a massage table fully clothed, your reiki practitioner gently places their hands, palms down, on or just above your body in specific energy locations. You may experience sensations like heat, tingling or pulsing where the Reiki practitioner has placed their hands, while other people do not feel anything at all. Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful during treatment, or fall asleep during the process.

Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems, developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. Ayurveda is derived from ancient writings that rely on a “natural” and holistic approach based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
Primarily used as preventative medicine, Ayurveda does not fight disease. It may be used to treat targeted health problems by establishing a balance of holistic products, along with diet, exercise, and lifestyle.
Those who practice Ayurveda believe every person is made of five basic elements found in the universe: space, air, fire, water, and earth. These combine in the human body to form three life forces or energies, called doshas. They influence how your body works. They are Vata dosha (space and air); Pitta dosha (fire and water); and Kapha dosha (water and earth).
Everyone inherits a unique mix of the three doshas. But one is usually stronger than the others. Each one controls a different body function. It’s believed that your chances of getting sick and developing health issues are linked to the balance of your doshas.
